About the Role

As HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting business objectives, providing expert HR guidance and ensuring best practices across all aspects of people management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies and procedures.
Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management and employment legislation.
Lead recruitment, onboarding and employee retention initiatives.
Support managers with employee development, engagement and wellbeing.
Manage disciplinary, grievance and absence management processes.
Ensure compliance with UK employment law and HR best practices.
Drive initiatives to improve workplace culture, employee satisfaction and organisational performance.
Oversee HR administration, reporting and employee records.
About You
We're looking for a confident, approachable and commercially minded HR professional who can build strong relationships and deliver practical people solutions.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR advisory role.
CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above preferred).
Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing complex employee relations matters.
The ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on.
A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
