What we collect

  • Details of enquiries, vacancy briefs and training requests.

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you've asked for.
  • To assess your suitability for HR roles and, with your permission, introduce you to employers.
  • To manage our relationship with clients and candidates.

Lawful basis

We process candidate data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit your CV) and our legitimate interests in providing recruitment services. Employer and enquiry data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests or to take steps before entering a contract.

Sharing

We will never send your CV to an employer without discussing the role with you first. We use trusted service providers to host this website and store data securely; they act only on our instructions.

Retention

We keep candidate data only as long as it is needed for recruitment purposes, and review it regularly. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@altogethr.co.uk.
